Prenatal Yoga is BACK! September 7th, Kristen Mullaney Turano will
be teaching at the Family Life Center, Midtown. In addition Kristen will be teaching Mommy/Daddy & Me Yoga. Kristen
is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, a mother of two and has trained in the Khalsa Way with Guru Gurmukh. Please

Check our schedule page for times. Welcome, Kristen! New Breastfeeding Classes! Jeannine Jacobs, IBCLC (lactation
consultant) is teaching two breastfeeding classes through the Center: Breastfeeding Basics on the 3rd Monday of the month,
6:30pm-8:30pm at the main Center office, 20 Elm Street; and Back to Work Breastfeeding on the second Saturday of the month,
10-12pm at the midtown Center location, 485 Western Ave. Jeannine is the mother of three and a deeply experienced breastfeeding
counselor and consultant who loves to teach! Please join her for these important classes. $20 per class. Please

at 485 Western Ave (in the Holistic Network, with parking in the rear) for some classes and 69 Van Dam St in Saratoga Springs,

Life Center and is announcing Baby Massage Classes! On the Second Tuesday of every month, starting November 9, 2010,
Erin will lead families in learning gentle, soothing touch communication with your baby/infant from 10:30 am until 12 noon.
