The Family Life Center of Albany offers support and education for the childbearing years.
Coordinator, Betsy Mercogliano, RN, CLA, has been offering birth support
and Doula care since 1976.

Meetings for pregnant women and their support person/partner to enhance their empowerment
and joy during their childbearing year are held weekly.

What the FLC Offers:

Active Birth Classes with Betsy Mercogliano, RN, CCE, Doula.
Special Focus Nights about Water & Birth, Babywearing, and Massage for Birth.
Mother to Mother - participant led peer support meeting.
Women with Women - Doula services (see links for more info)

Mother-to-Mother over the holiday months - Since the fourth Thursday of both November and December are holidays, Mother-to-Mother will meet instead on November 19 and December 10 and 17 as a substitute time for those months. See you there!
